About Outstation
Outstation helps travelers turn ideas into day-by-day routes, then adjust the plan as their priorities change. It is operated by Vyan Labs, a sole proprietorship based in India.
What the service does
You can build a trip manually or ask the AI planner to research a draft from your destination, dates, group, and preferences. The trip view organizes places by day and leg, links them to maps, and supports refinement, public sharing, PDF downloads, and calendar exports.
Outstation is a planning tool. Suggested hotels, flights, attractions, costs, and times need confirmation with the relevant provider. Bookings made through external providers are handled by those providers. Public featured itineraries are examples of plans, not evidence that their authors completed each visit.
How we prepare public content
Our planning guides explain methods with clearly marked examples. Our destination notes add suggested routes, base choices, and tradeoffs alongside the itineraries. They are researched planning guidance written with AI assistance, not firsthand travel reports or professional inspections of the places listed.
Destination notes link to the tourism organizations, attraction operators, or transport resources used for the research and show when sources were checked. Suggested routes reflect planning choices; opening times, admission, service schedules, and prices can change. Use the linked sources and provider confirmations for your travel dates.
Featured trips and their place cards come from plans created with Outstation. A place appearing in a plan does not mean we have personally visited, tested, or endorsed it. We keep this material distinct from the researched notes. New destination collections do not automatically qualify as researched guides.
We update content when we identify an error or a material change. If you find a wrong address, unavailable place, or misleading instruction, send the page and correction so we can investigate. We do not claim that every detail has been independently verified for every travel date.
How Outstation is funded
We offer free and paid planning features, described on our pricing page. Some booking links are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission. Where enabled and approved, public discovery pages may display Google AdSense ads. Advertising and affiliate links are not booking confirmations.
