1. The service and these terms

Outstation is an AI-assisted travel planning service operated by Vyan Labs, a sole proprietorship based in India. By creating an account or using Outstation, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts and your content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Please provide accurate account and purchase details. You retain rights in the trip details, prompts, photos, and other content you provide, to the extent you have those rights. You give us permission to process that content to provide, maintain, and improve the service. A trip you share through a public link can be viewed by anyone with that link until you revoke it.

3. Plans, payment, and cancellation

The features, prices, billing interval, and any usage limits for each plan are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. A Trip Pass is a one-time purchase and does not expire under the current plan rules. A Pro subscription renews at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. Purchases are generally non-refundable as explained in our refund and cancellation policy.

Dodo Payments processes paid purchases and may act as the merchant of record. Its checkout, payment, and receipt terms may also apply to the transaction.

4. Travel information and outside services

Itineraries, prices, opening hours, routes, visa information, and other recommendations can change or be inaccurate, including when generated with AI. Check important details directly with the relevant provider or authority before booking or travelling. Outstation may link to airlines, hotels, activities, and booking partners and may earn a commission from some links. Your purchase from an outside provider is governed by that provider's own terms and refund rules; Outstation does not control its inventory or fulfilment.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Outstation to break the law, infringe another person's rights, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Do not submit information you are not entitled to use. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal obligations.

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Outstation available and useful, but features may change and occasional interruptions may occur. We do not guarantee that a generated itinerary or third-party listing is complete, current, or suitable for a particular trip. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will show the updated date here and give additional notice where required. Indian law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. For questions, contact support@outstation.tech.
