Report a content correction
Include the page URL, the place or passage concerned, and what needs changing. If available, add a link to an operator or official source with the current information. This helps us check the report and update the affected guidance.
Get help with a trip or account
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device or browser you used. Include the trip link or identifier if relevant. Send the email from your account address where possible. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or authentication codes.
Billing and privacy
